Patrick Cimino is an attorney in the firm’s Workers’ Compensation Department, where he practices exclusively in representing injured workers. With extensive experience handling traumatic injury and occupational exposure claims, Patrick is committed to advocating for the rights of those injured on the job.

Before dedicating his career to injured workers, Patrick practiced insurance defense, giving him valuable insight into the strategies used by employers and insurers. He graduated Cum Laude from West Virginia University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science and earned his Juris Doctor from the West Virginia University College of Law in 2012, where he served as an editor of the West Virginia Law Review.
