Biography

Hannah Scionti is an Associate Attorney in the Firm’s Corporate Department. She is a member of both the New Jersey and D.C. Bars. Hannah’s practice is focused in the areas of complex commercial transactions, contract negotiation and drafting, and real estate. Additionally, Hannah advises clients on risk analysis and management while guiding them through the structuring, execution, and closing of their transactions. Prior to joining the Firm, Hannah served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Senior Judges of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. Hannah’s professional experience includes roles in financial analysis, criminal law, employment law, football and basketball agency, professional tennis governance, and National Hockey League Arbitration. Hannah earned her B.S. from the University of Florida and her J.D. from The George Washington University Law School.

 

Although Hannah is originally from Florida, she is proud to call New Jersey home. Hannah currently resides in Monmouth County with her boyfriend. In her free time, Hannah enjoys watching sports, trying new restaurants, and spending time with family.
