Biography

Debra is an Associate attorney in the Firms Family Department and also helps the firms Appellate Practice group. Debra assists in all matrimonial matters including divorce, domestic violence, pre-nuptial agreements, child custody, parenting time, alimony, and child support. Prior to joining the Firm, Debra served as a law clerk for the Honorable Katie A. Gummer, Monmouth County Superior Court, Appellate Division. She received her B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Law, Justice, and Advocacy from the University of Tampa where she was in the honors college and graduated magna cum laude. Debra then received her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and graduated in June 2024 cum laude. During law school, Debra was the President of the Family Law Society. She also participated in the Eugene Gressman Moot Court competition and advanced to the final 16 out of 51 teams. Debra was also an associate editor of the Seton Hall Law Review. In her free time, Debra enjoys watching football (Go Steelers) and spending time with friends and family. Debra currently resides in Monmouth County with her husband and step-daughter.
