Erik K. Yngstrom heads the Workers’ Compensation Department of Lomurro Law. He aggressively represents the rights of injured workers throughout the state. Additionally, he represents individuals with serious personal injuries as well as municipal court matters.

For the last several years, Mr. Yngstrom has obtained a wealth of courtroom experience from workers’ compensation to municipal defense matters where he always has represented individuals’ rights. In addition to being admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey, he is also admitted in the State of New York.

Mr. Yngstrom is a member of several professional associations including the Monmouth Bar Association, the New Jersey Advisory Council on Safety and Health and the New Jersey Association of Justice. For the Monmouth Bar Association, Mr. Yngstrom is the co-chair of the Young Lawyers’ Committee.

Mr. Yngstrom is a life-long resident of Monmouth County and went to Monmouth University where he was a political science major and played football for the Monmouth Hawks.
